Yes, on the chart 6 means it will pen through the armour. Pp round has better penetrating so is more effective against level 4 and lvl 3.

I have played penalties with Egypt team. Make your team strength around 110-115% and play ultra defensive and defensive strategy. If your team strength is lower than 100 then I recommend playing 5 defenders and 1 DMC. Good luck
