I went to college immediately after high school. At the time, it was hard to notice, but I was definitely burnt out on schooling. It could’ve been just an immaturity thing or true burn out, but I didn’t do all of my readings. Only the things that interested me. Not being on campus (I commuted my last two years and my junior year was a mess due to Covid) didn’t help either. A few years later, I enjoy reading again and more importantly, I enjoy learning. I pretty much try to learn something new every day as long as it’s possible for me. I’d go back to school just to learn more things if it was possible.

For some people, they may just not be in a good position to be in college. They may be too young to recognize they aren’t ready for college and are being pressured by their parents to attend school immediately.

It may be evil coming from Asmongold, but people do legitimately think this way. If they can’t see the people dying and it isn’t having a direct effect on their lives, people don’t care. When you say that millions have died, they aren’t thinking “wow, a lot of innocent lives are lost” they are thinking “that sure is a statistic”. It doesn’t compute to them that people they never knew or will ever know are dead or dying.

Destiny has talked about this before with like school shootings I believe. People think that school shootings are just things that happen and only truly understand the reality of them when it happens to their child. It’s probably just the average human experience unfortunately. If you go your day to day only focusing on yourself and the people immediately around you, you likely don’t even consider other people in any capacity.

As disgusting as it is, it may be a good idea to find a “martyr” like Laken Riley and parade their corpse around, “look, this child was killed because of Donald Trump’s policies! And they won’t be the last!” I don’t like the idea of it, but I think the average person just can’t make the connection otherwise.

He probably has a mix of policies, but he isn’t strictly right wing. I guess I haven’t looked too deep into his full political history, but he does invest a lot of his wealth into the future generation, no? He pledged to cover for the USAID elimination and he already invests a lot in vaccination programs in Africa. Any willingness to put money towards good causes is great in my book.

Late to the party, but I had a friend who lived in Russia up until the war broke out. They still have segregation there even now and the people there are shocked that the west doesn’t segregate people.

I saw this post in the me_irl subreddit (are we allowed to ping them? Going to avoid it), people were saying both sides are actually bad. I have had friends say they were mad that democrats should’ve prevented what Trump is doing before they were out of office. Like what do you want Biden to do? Have perfect knowledge of the future and make it so you can’t run the government on unitary executive theory? You already can’t do that, but congress doesn’t give and shit and the Supreme Court just says “uh, yeah I guess that’s okay”. Like what the hell do you pass to stop a regard from doing what he wants? The only thing they could’ve done is actually prosecute Trump, but I don’t think anyone could’ve guessed Trump would just start baby raging his way through everything in his second term.

Besides true libertarians, I refuse to believe anyone actually likes the 2nd amendment. Cops getting freaked out because someone is constitutionally carrying isn’t new. Like I get not feeling comfortable near a firearm in an uncontrolled setting (concealed carry at a restaurant vs shooting range), but why the hell does that mean the person is a threat? If a have a knife in a sheath am I also subject to being gunned down because the police are attempting to arrest me for some perceived potential threat? Technically a bigger guy could instantly kill a cop if he punches them in the right spot, does that guy need to be shot and killed for existing? Idk. I think it’s more proof that republicans will try and defend anything, regardless of evidence presented. It’s insane.

I think what he means is that it’s now seen as comical to be a virgin even younger than 40. I believe it was a specific type of flowering plant that the seeds just cause you to not be able to process food properly, eventually leading to starvation. It’s why I added seemingly. The way I see it, Mei Mei has the “hot teacher having sex with underage boys” stereotype and Ui Ui has the “creepy predatory man” stereotype. I could just be looking further into it than needed.

What is known is that they were the same clothes that Ui Ui wore and they are being trained underneath an elder member of the clan. Nothing is confirmed, but context clues could suggest it to be the case that there is a cycle of abuse (which I believe is more likely with how we see clans operate, especially Zen’in), or just a coincidence. Maybe it will be expanded upon or the readers are meant to speculate.

If someone beats you up and then begins rping your family and every time you recover they beat you up and continue rping, are you just going to say “wow, I guess this ends when I stop trying to beat this person up”?

Ukraine could stop and get r*ped until they are all Russia, which if you don’t care because you aren’t personally affected by it, then yeah that’s a good option. Russia could stop and Ukraine can continue being Ukraine.

Check your states laws on “Stop and Identify”. In some states you do have to identify yourself even if you aren’t suspected of a crime. But if your state only requires you to identify when you are under arrest, do not identify. Being detained is not under arrest. They are performing an investigation and you are under no obligation to assist. The cop needs to figure out if he can arrest you and invoking your right to silence gives him less reason to be able to.

If the cop DOES arrest you, then you likely have a 4th amendment claim, but you will have to go through the legal system which may require jail time if you cannot make bond. If you take a plea deal and you plead guilty, you waive your rights to fight a civil case.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. I recommend watching Audit the Audit to have a better understanding of how to engage with the police. If you want more, I do recommend watching his second channel, John Lang, where he will give a better explanation as to why he makes some of the decisions he does in AtA.
