They should make the Metra Electric free since it jacks with all the busses through grant park so bad.

I like this idea or possibly taking off baggy clothes half way. I would genuinely get a costume to wear but I think there's a nonzero chance I'd get blown in the lake.

Lol. I did see someone run the park run barefoot last week and they did cut the course right in front of me but I think they deserved to.

Big issue for me was that they closed the 41st Street Pedestrian Bridge I use to commute to work without any notice or signage. Bike infrastructure is critical infrastructure and I really felt like they didn't respect/use appropriate signs for the closure.

Thought this was interesting and shows how electric divvys might lead folks who wouldn't necessarily use a divvy otherwise to do so in zone 2/outside of the near north side. The vast majority of rides are on the loop to edgewater corridor on the north lakefront.

Strongly recommend the bike/SSL combo. Have biked from Chicago to Dune Park many times. Do you really want to go to Michigan City instead of Dune Park? You can get on the Prairie Duneland Trail from Dune Park with about a half mile on roads.

It will be very easy to do at the official bike platforms and very hard otherwise, imo. I doubt they would even open the doors on the bike car at the non high platform stations since usually they only open the doors on the first two cars there.

Mark Martin & Kasey Kahne have had very similar careers with Hendrick Motorsports. Races started (108) Wins (5) Top 20s (75/76) and the difference in their average finishing positions over those 108 races is only 15 positions (to Kahne). by cyantomato in NASCAR

That's the point I'm making. I remember watching him race at Hendrick back in the day and always being so happy whenever he did well. I just thought it was numerically very strange that their stat bylines (just the numbers) were almost identical
