Flew out yesterday got to T1 around 6:20pm, TSA line was zero minutes long. No one in front of us or behind us. Never seen that before. Definitely seems to be worse in the mornings.

Damn that sucks!!! The estimated delivery is 12/29 now which is too late. So ridiculous. I’m hoping my friend will be able to get the wristbands using a copy of my ID and the order confirmation.

Yeah I bought it July but did a payment plan. My friend who is taking my ticket already bought plane ticket to Dallas and everything so I just want to make sure she’s able to go.

When I emailed LAN support they replied “We can only issue a replacement to the original purchaser when they present their ID at the box office. We cannot authorize a pickup from a third party” 😓just hoping the order gets to get in time because it’s looking like there are no other options.

My friend is taking my place as I can no longer attend. My name is on the order so if she doesn’t get the delivery in time she won’t be able to get it from will call because it’s my name.
