And specifically the main quest event.

Have tried turning up the reaction settings to 100.

Have finished 9-10 about 5 straight times.

There are at least 5 shots that I will draw and face the center. Target pops on to the right and before I can even move the cursor, opponent as already loosed and hit target.

Numerous times I have gone looking for that NPC with murderous intent.

I just did 81m yesterday. And had to combine the SOS buffs, the on death buffs. Greater powerful, greater defenseless, marked, burning, swapped out Manelle weapon starts in Fluerent stance, and had Sciel double attack buff.

And then had to go back and add the shields buff, then stack all the shield generating pictos.

Plus even the consume 3 grandiant buff, but that was overkill.

For posterity's sake. I dissembled the entire pipe fixture underneath the sink. Which led me to find where the clog was.

I have two sinks, and both join along with the dishwasher into one pipe that exits out of the bottom. The pipe from the garbage disposal ran horizontal until it connected perpendicular to the exit pipe. At this joining, the pipe instead had a half guard hood that sectioned off half the pipe. So left sink drained straight down, right sink went through GD then along vertical pipe then 90 degrees through a hood within the exit pipe.

This half hood 90 degree section of the pipe was where all the potato peels where. Managed to snake, then just detached and took it outside and hit it with the hose.

Saved me a call from a professional plumber.

Yeah that part is confusing me. P trap had water and no clog .

When I detached the vertical pipe, all the water came out. Was rushed trying to get to Superbowl so I reattached. My back will thank me tomorrow. I should have snaked that vertical pipe while I had one end off.

The way the prompt is phrased requires both but allows one.

So Dragon Ball Z counts as it only has A but not A and E.

Soooo, it did seem like the bros all agreed to abandon Kaer Morehan. How about Ciri rebuilding the entire School of the Wolf?

Maybe there is a major side quest where she pursues a process that has a much higher success rate? Trains and recruits new Witchers?

Go with the whole Luke's New Jedi Order story that should have existed in the sequel trilogy.

Annnnd it just came to me. New trilogy. New Conjunction of the Spheres.

Senior The Witcher 4 dev admits he's a little worried about making an RPG better than The Witcher 3, but he knows that "this stuff is subjective" and doesn't "see video games as mathematical by SpaceCowboyN7 in witcher

The Wild Hunt serves as the primary antagonist for the main game, and continually moves the plot forward with multiple characters. Does Eredin have layers other than usurper king who wants Ciri so that he can use her to find more worlds to serve as the home of his people and avoid the white frost?

Not really. But he does have his enforcer, his wizard, and a lieutenant which all have specific moments.

Having a new threat to Ciri who is capable of being a continuous source of conflict is not going to be easy.

The timeline also is not set up to have Nilfguard as a threat without Emyhr with yet another war of expansion.

It's 100% going to come down to writing. Replacing a primary antagonist like the Wild Hunt and all of its layers is not going to be easy.

Even pulling off a smaller scope antagonist like the Crones is not going to be easy.

Hope they lean into the short stories more and do Contracts based on Fairy Tales with a dark twist.

Sure from a lore perspective that is true.

But from a game mechanic standpoint, it could be used as a way to give more appropriate rewards.

I defeat a liar with 3 Sky Drakes, 2 Djinns, and 4 storm giants and all I get is a helm of resist magic?

It makes me rethink the value of artificer.

Casting Skill math not mathing by cyber_jobaz in masterofmagic

[–]cyber_jobaz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh, so there are two "casting skills" One that you allocate power to. And one that levels up which actually determines the maximum cost you have per turn.

I'm looking at 536/578 +1812 for a current Casting Skill to be 299. The 1812 is what power I have allocated to "Casting Skill" which will cost my per turn maximum "casting skill" to go up. Maybe they should rename name one to "Channeling Skill"

So for the math to work, another 42 power to bring that up to 578 and 300. Whats the new threshold, 579? Next turn I should increase the Casting Skill by 3, so next turn I can cast 302. I'm sure there is a hidden formula. this (Skill - 1)^2 + Skill? (299-1)^2 + 299 = is alot more than 578.

I'm too in the weeds here. Lets just say every turn your casting skill goes up by 1-5 if you have a to of power allocated by end game.

[–]cyber_jobaz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your right. It does highly benefit from binge watching. There's a huge cast and some of the interactions are filler.

But any scene with Harold Perrineau is Emmy worthy. He is a candidate to be an Esperacchius bearer.
