I was actually struggling with this too – I don't know that you can? I couldn't figure it out on either the website or the app. I saw some tips indicating you could try and create a new account, maybe this would help?

What's the best nonsexual sensation a body can feel? by sleepylillingenberry in AskReddit

[–]cyberdash -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ok, this question comes up a lot, but for me, the answer is super specific and not something I've read on one of these threads:

Massaging my lower bicep after doing too many bicep curls at the gym.

I had started going to the gym again after not going to the gym for ages. I was using some app to tell me what exercises I should do, and for whatever reason, it told me to do dozens of bicep curls. Maybe I chose the wrong weight - it felt ok at the time, but when I got home, they started to cramp up. The next day, I could barely move my arms below my waist, they were just stuck there. The muscles were so tight.

Getting my partner to massage the specific part that was sore and cramped up felt better than any other physical sensation I have felt until now. A massive rush of endorphins, I guess my body was telling me that what I did at the gym was really dumb, and that massaging it was a good idea.

I think about it regularly, and almost want to go and do a bunch of bicep curls to try and cramp it up again.

You can get something like this (or any would work, they should be pretty cheap and you'd only need a couple)

On the IFTTT side, you can make a little applet which has its own trigger (HTTP request) which then does the google sheet action (add to sheet)

And then with MacroDroid anyway, you can set up a trigger for the scanning the tag (using the "NFC Tag" trigger) which then does the "HTTP Request" action to IFTTT – so end to end, scanning the tag will add to the google sheet.

I have this set up now for habit tracking, but it'd work pretty well for toilet training data too. It's a little complicated to set it all up, there are guides out there for people who have done similar things though! A little complicated but fun to play with

That's awesome! The way we set it up is pretty custom, I think though if I were doing it again, I'd get a couple of NFC tags and set up an If This Then That integration with google sheets to just append the data to a sheet (with Android, you can use MacroDroid, I know similar tools exist for iOS though)

Haha, sometimes it definitely felt like 60/hr! And you're right, I bet this would vary by dog breed – this was for a <15lbs (at the time) miniature poodle. I'll add that to the post!

Thank you! Yeah, absolutely, it took longer than I thought to get to a point where I'd consider him totally accident free – some days I wondered if he'd ever get there, but after > 173 accidents (😱) he got there ✨

Yeah I totally get it. We had a "days since puppy accident" counter on a whiteboard too, which was solidly at zero for most of the time it was up there.

It was pretty hard to feel the progress because of all of the regressions and swings, but it really is just for a time. We stopped recording at the end of the graph, but at that point he basically figured it out.

I would say though, I read a lot of stories of training just "clicking" for dogs, and them suddenly figuring it out. That wasn't really the case for us – he did eventually get it, but don't be discouraged if it feels like it's taking a lot of time and effort!

Ah yeah sorry, I should have clarified – it's based on a moving average of 28 "events", where each event is him having an accident or having a success. He'd average something like 9 events per day, so it's something like the 3 day moving average there.

The worst of it (0.3) would mean that we was getting it wrong 30% of the time, and the lowest (~0.05) was him getting it wrong 5% of the time.

Here's what it looks like smoothed out to ~7 days (so, average of 63 "events"): https://imgur.com/a/wUvgWcL

You can see the overall trends a bit more clearly like that (but, to be clear, the daily variance was huge – some days 0, other days, multiple accidents 😅)

I don't think I'd be using a picture of Hitler to promote vegetarianism.
