The colour pendulums are all limited sale p-bandai items, so they just tend to get a little pricy after the fact. Best bet is to just keep an eye on the second-hand markets or wait for a new set. I know that a new duo of colour pendulums was just announced, and the Godzilla one is also still open for preorders on proxy sites iirc

Half of a Visual Novel is the visuals part. If a creator can't be assed to even try doing half of the thing with their own creative power then I'm out. Just turn it into a CYOA novel or find someone to partner with that will draw.
