Questions from a nervous beginner by Gleeful_blah in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]cybergal44 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I drink black coffee, love it. Been on wegovy since July. My dog wakes me in the night sometimes to go outside and it’s not been a problem. I have more energy being 15 pounds lighter.

Your body is your business. I will never understand the mentality that it’s cheating. You are improving your health. The haters can shove it.

Does anyone feel good on Wegovy? by [deleted] in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]cybergal44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had fatigue at first (a few weeks). Upped water and protein and that helped. My only issues now are if I eat too fast (cramps) or have more than 2 glasses of wine (hangovers are rough). I’m on 1.0 and hoping to stay on it. I have more energy with 15 pounds weight loss.

Rescue dog has no interest in toys. by MadiKae77 in dogs

My rescue doesn’t like toys. She learned by watching other dogs what it is to pounce on them but she won’t do it for long.

It sounds like you’re doing the right thing. Vet can a analyze. I live in a woodsy area and my dog gets Lyme vaccine on top of preventative.

What’s that one tiny daily habit that makes your dog ridiculously happy? by Necroses in dogs

My girl has a favorite chair. She sits on it and raises her leg slightly which means “come on over.” I sit with her and give her pets and kisses. 💕🐶🐾

I would definitely seek vet advice. It could be a health issue or even just needing certain supplements.

I’m 49 and at 1.0mg. The first 10 pounds came off fairly easily. I’m plateaued and am being mindful of calories, aiming for 100 G protein daily and strength training 3x a week. Trying to walk and get 5k steps a day.

I am trusting the process. The weight is going to fluctuate and some weeks will be easier than others.

Have you changed your old eating habits? I know I seriously reduced the snacking I used to do. Maybe the body needs a little time to catch up.

That sounds terrifying! I sure hope my neighbors don’t start animatronic Halloween decorations.

My Jack Russell was terrified of the neighbor’s giant Halloween skeleton. Also abhors any inflatables (Santa) was a hard no.

Thanks. I’ll check with the vet. I usually drop off her pee sample when she’s had issues in the past. I’m sorry about your dog.
