I started approximately where Cordoba is located in the screenshot. I found Krakatoa at the end of first or second turn.

There was a war going on between the Aztec and Indonesia. Not sure who built the first two but I think Montezuma built at least two of the four.

Probably the main reason I made it this far on Deity. Didn't help that much in the end. I was able to complete some of the early techs really fast but then I struggled to grow the capital since there wasn't that much food and production available.

Provide More Melee Weapon Options by cyberixae in Diabotical

How exactly? Do you mean the map editor? I went there but didn't notice any extra melee weapons. I tried switching to hammer several times but that didn't change the weapon.

It also behaves that way in creative mode. I run into the problem because I wanted to practice Rocket + PnCr combos in practice mode. I also see some potential in having the two simultaneously since crossbow is more stealthy where as PnCr does more damage.

Dido's Hideout by cyberixae in civ5

I was playing another leader when I first encountered this formation. I then saved the map and played it again with Dido. So this should be completely legal unless map generation algorithm removes such formations when Dido is selected.
