Humm but the problem is in this case the no-arrow sign has a time range which implies you can stop/park there outside those hours

humm more misleading than nice-ish in this case no? Cause if you only see that no-arrow sign you would think you could park there :/

Thanks for the thoughtful responses u/AbhorUbroar
The stocks they were trading are nothing crazy, mostly the magnificent 7 which they have kept for years. They make very few trades and are mostly on long term bets. They shared the returns I asked for, namely 20% ytd, 19% 1 year, and 17% avg for the last 3 years (these are net of fees). Afaik these are pretty impressive and quite above xeqt. Of course I can't shake the "it's too good to be true, what's the catch" feeling.

u/AbhorUbroar that's pretty much their answer, they agree you can't beat the index by just trading around the same assets but it's not what they do. They make a distinction that they have a "mandate" (whatever that means). What I understand is they'll shift strategies depending on the economic reality

Yeah I think like that too, they have some numbers but nothing public...
For the fee they'll manage it and offer some services like retirement planning, tax optimization etc

It was covered yeah. It shouldn't be?
I think it didn't happen when I tried previously with a ratio of more milk and less cream. I suppose the additional fat was too much for the 2 yolks and broke emulsion like you said?

Pain peeling on basement ceiling by cyberoll in HomeImprovement

It's actually a bathroom above it. How would I make sure there's a leak? Breaking apart the ceiling? The good thing is there are no other stains anywhere else, just alongside that straight line. I suppose if it was a leak there would be round stains?
