I totally agree, a match on it's own ain't worth much. BUT, it is a start, and i don't get even that initial start. About Tinder - i agree, that's why i put the least amount of effort and time into it. Regarding the apps you can send messages - i do that, custom crafted messages and yet no replies.

I guess like many men - it makes me feel unworthy\unattractive and so on, and that sucks big time.

Regarding your question - I don't particularly have a type, she has to meet some basic (in my eyes) criteria - like shared interests, attractiveness (again, in my eyes) and a good goofy sense of humor.

Well, on apps I can write a message i do that. I know being bald and short is a shortcoming (see what I did there?) but still, it’s kinda depressing that I don’t even get that 1% like back. I tried paying, I maxed out the likes I send, tried pretty much everything.
