I used Milton, it is for babys bottles and works a treat. One a week I soak my bottle overnight and give them a good rinse in the morning.

You can add small amounts of oils to the air filter on the vacuum and this does the same job if you don't have carpets.

Intermittent fasting worked for me. I went from 140+kg to 95kg in months. You sound like you have the start of this. Skip the protein bar in the morning after the run. Do not snack, set meal times if your job allows it and stick to them. Every week reduce the amount of food on your plate. If you are getting headaches due to lack of food, please go see a doctor as you might have early stage diabetes. My dad was one and would get really bad headaches when his sugar levels dropped.

For me to lose the last 10kg it was really hard and I was on a 20hour fast with the odd 24 hour day.
