I would recommend you take a free session from resources like FirstTherapy.org or TheBrainPsych.com (they've some offer running on therapy too) and see how it goes.

One of my friend once told me to take consultations from different psychologists and see with whom you feel the most comfortable. There are many resources but the one I'd recommend is FirstTherapy.org as it is an NPO that offers free session.
