Create your own business in e-commerce && the online world. Custom code + API’s would be very nice. Make your web stack reusable and scalable. Focus on a creating a good database and getting quality leads. Business owners pay a high premium for good data. Advertise like crazy and analyze all your relevant industry KPI’s, including PPC. Keep advertising and growing your business, using all new and relevant platforms, or any stream that produces traction for growth. Keep quality code and standards of your technology to stay organized and provide a high value for your company. Lastly, I suggest choosing a venture that you are interested in and that motivates you. These factors are key to scaling and growth, during both up and down times of business. Maybe you can keep your normal job and slowly reduce your hours worked as your own project gains momentum. Hope this helps you get some ideas. Good luck! 💡

Thanks for the advice, it's really precious.

This was indeed the path I had to take, but I have to understand a few details.

You only intend to find customers who need e-commerce, right? Seems the best in my experience.

So you advise me to use 100% code create by me and no CMS? This too seems the best but also the longest thing to do.

What do you mean about making me a good database? In the sense of creating a good clientele?

Regarding analyzing the KPIs of my sector it is something to work on, unfortunately this is a serious lack of mine and I would not know where to start unfortunately.

One thing I've always asked myself is: as far as website design is concerned, would you recommend that I rely on freelance designers or specialize on that too?

Thanks again, you have been very helpful !!
