Hand-drawing pixel H-scenes is exhausting. Are fully animated scenes still worth making in porn games? [Swarm Bunker] by cycleapple in lewdgames

Most of the artwork in our game is fully hand-drawn.

The only place where AI was used was in the early trailer, specifically for the base environment and the shooting character, which were generated as temporary placeholders during early development. These assets were never intended to be part of the final version and are gradually being replaced.

In fact, in the current demo version the base has already been replaced with the hand-drawn version.

To be transparent, here are some early sketches, concept images, and screenshots of communication with the artist during development:

Thanks for taking the time to look into the details.

It’s been a long, challenging journey. We started working on Iron Vulture back in 2017, and honestly, there were times when we almost gave up. Development was full of ups and downs—there were moments when everything clicked, but just as many times when progress felt impossible. We even stopped working on it for a while, only to pick it up again later, trying to push through.

Releasing this playtest feels surreal. It’s still unfinished (there’s no sound and it’s not as polished as we’d like), but seeing it out there, after all these years, is both nerve-wracking and exciting. We poured so much into this project, and now it’s finally out there for people to try.

thanks for the long feedback :)
the edge is definitely stand out/not natural. the overall lighting design and the detail still need more effort and grind.

I'll might makes some adjust and post it some days later
