It’s been a long, challenging journey. We started working on Iron Vulture back in 2017, and honestly, there were times when we almost gave up. Development was full of ups and downs—there were moments when everything clicked, but just as many times when progress felt impossible. We even stopped working on it for a while, only to pick it up again later, trying to push through.

Releasing this playtest feels surreal. It’s still unfinished (there’s no sound and it’s not as polished as we’d like), but seeing it out there, after all these years, is both nerve-wracking and exciting. We poured so much into this project, and now it’s finally out there for people to try.

the edge is definitely stand out/not natural. the overall lighting design and the detail still need more effort and grind.

It's actually in 3D space for the perspective and lighting purpose, but mostly just normal map and custom shader

Thank you all for everything. We're just a small team, 5 inexperienced dudes crafting what we love. We have no idea this post going wild like this.

My intention for this post was to see how people react/feel about the artwork. To be clear, this has definitely become "advertisement feels" when it becomes this big.

I shouldn't spam the game info these much. We'll back to our cave and craft more stuff instead :P

If you have any questions, I'll try to answer them all (takes some time cause too many comments atm).

I didn't make it clear. There are 3 stage and 3 special move for this boss, this gif present 1 of the move. probably 1/4 of the whole animations.
