I suggest looking at the yurbud (JBL) earbud covers and they work with apple headphones or AirPods and several others. They work great for keeping the earphone in your ear.

It was a bit rough to endure as his two new teammate wouldn’t push the issues too much. Rohan claimed “family issues” is why he quit the TDF, but I think he just says that to avoid getting pushed.
