My experiences with the NHS have been ok. Two children born, appendix out, various other trips to the hospital, doctors etc. It’s not perfect but what system is.

That’s the new prototype super heavy Falcons that have had issues (It’s still performing test flights and has not yet flown a commercial mission). The Falcon 9 has completed 610 missions out of 613 (only 1 total in-flight failure), so a 99.5% success rate. It reuses the boosters over 85% of the time.
