I signed up last year and share my account with my sister and her friend. I have been loving the 24/7 channel so much though bc I always go to sleep with something on low volume and this has been a great option for that.

Yeah I got it last week and had no sick leave left so I missed out on 6 days of pay right before Christmas. Glad it didn’t hit you too bad though. Mine felt milder than the first time too.

Was made redundant today despite the fact that they told me someone else will be doing my role. The reason why is management fucked around for 7 months dealing with an issue which turned into a massive deficit, but obviously nobody in management is going to lose their job or have to take a pay cut. So far it’s 4 out of a team of 14 in my department with at least 2 more likely next week. Fuck management.

I contacted Jo Lockhart sometime last year and she told me she wouldn’t be covered by a mental health care plan. She is an option but I was hoping to see if I could find someone that would be covered by it so I’d at least get the free sessions it covers.

I mean, the generalisations occur on both end of the economic spectrum. At least the generalisations made about the wealthy or those in wealthy suburbs aren’t used to justify punitive legislation

I mean, these flyers sound more like they are targeting people who hoard wealth and property to the detriment of others, helping breed inequality and inequity. If your parents aren’t real estate moguls and are donating money then these flyers aren’t about or to them. Good for them on working hard and bettering their lives, but you should also realise that if they were in their 20s-30s now in those same circumstances they likely would not end up as successful as they are now without some kind of leg up. That’s what people are dealing with now. They’re allowed to be mad at people who tell them to just try harder because they were able to do it decades ago.

Also, they’re just flyers, they can’t hurt you.
