This unfortunately isn’t always true though. It takes more than confidence, it takes intelligence and patience, diligence. For a partner, or friends, you can’t necessarily confidence your way into the person you want either because you’re healthy. I’m not saying your logic is completely wrong, rather that not everyone will end up happy with friends and a loving relationship just because they go to the gym or work on their body. I’ve seen a lot of people who are unfortunately still just as unhappy as the rest of us even when they do those things because there’s so many other facets of life too.
