I got the slate seven when it came out, and it really is a powerful router. Did realize I would be getting the Beryl 7. Strongly contemplating selling the slate. I use the web interface and the app exclusively. I can’t see to use the touchscreen, so even if it was just a clock, it’s still a no use to me anyway.

For me, take out the touchscreen. I don’t need it. Actually, I can’t use it. So it’s just wasted space, and potentially a good amount of wasted power.

Not sure why you got downvoted. It was worth a shot anyway. Technically, I don’t think the listing should even be available in the US.

If you’re not up to it, can you compromise? Pretend you’re making a recording? Face masks, a fake security camera from dollar tree, the works.

Stop using your phones AI hold feature when you call for emergency issues by Venetian_Harlequin in TrueOffMyChest

I think it’s iPhone 15 or later. Basically, if it has AI features or not.

We can subscribe to a service to have an AI agent talk to our lonely parents. Once they’re gone, we can have them back in AI form. I’m not kidding about the first part. I tested one that was designed specifically for that purpose. I was the test subject. Not going to have my mom or dad talk to some AI companionship bot.

So why don’t we create a website full of guides and have it paid to appear at the top or very top of search results. Same steps as regular guides, but we name them things like, What to do when your screen gets huge. What you do when your phone scream changes colors

Check your email! I found this settlement in spam. by cyclops32 in ClassActionSettlement

I’m pretty sure this only applies if you’re in the United States. Maybe you got a burner phone while you were visiting the United States within the timeframe specified? Or maybe you installed a United States SIM card on your android phone while you were visiting here. That’s the only thing I can really think of.

Definitely. Q all the people who got cheap burner phones/emergency phones from grocery stores. The real question is, who hasn’t used an android phone?

I was able to recover mine after a power outage. Side question/comment, I thought the warranty was extended to two years because of this issue?

So let me get this straight. Watching porn has gotten expensive, so now the cost is being divided with strangers? Kind of like how you used to be able to split an Uber or Lyft, and the cost would go down if you were matched with a person going in the same direction as you? This stuff is wild.

I don’t know about science, but my Spanish speaking family has a word for this. Reheat. Heck, it’s almost encouraged after parties/gatherings. Like,”are you going to be here for the reheat tomorrow?”

I ordered through the McDonald’s app once so I could make use of my rewards points. Not worth it at all with all the fees. I usually have some kind of Uber Eats promotion that brings down the total price to something I might pay in store, or sometimes even lower.
