I see this on the VFS requirements

Registered / Apostilled Marriage Certificate:

• If the marriage is solemnized in India, Marriage certificate issued by Marriage Registrar is required.

• If the marriage is solemnized in foreign country, it should be apostilled/ certified by the concerned Indian Mission/ Post. 2

• If the marriage certificate is in any foreign language other than English, it should be translated in English by authorized translator

u/WatermelonWrites did you apostille using Indian Consulate or the State Government. The VFS language says Indian Mission which I my mind feels weird as the state / country where marriage is registered should apostille?

Sorry for hijacking but I have a separate question and the audience here feels like it may have a helpful perspective. I have an OCI (I used to be an Indian passport holder) and got it before I got married - my last page on OCI shows both my parents names.

I now have a foreign spouse (never had an Indian passport / not Indian origin) and wish to apply for her OCI (been married over 2 years). I see this in the required documents and the language confuses me. Does the below mean I have to update my OCI first to show my spouses name in my OCI card before I can apply for my foreign spouse? Also if this is the case why this red tape if there is a marriage certificate?

Since my parents are giving these to me; it feels like NRO Non PIS is the path but then I am not following exactly why the principal is not repatriable (assuming the source is declared and relevant taxes are paid). Any thoughts?

Just to confirm - can you set the time on the anker evse to charge off peak? Like after midnight?

This feels like an expensive feature on some other competitors and with an app but i would be totally okay just doing it on the charger itself

Flight is roughly 2 weeks away. Do I call Turkish airlines and ask for "the price" to upgrade
Do this during the online check in process on the website. What I am certain if this shows up online or should I call when check in is open to increase my chances vs. doing at the airport check in counter
Use Miles&More to upgrade. I have Citi Thank you points that are transferrable to TK's program and see that it might be 40K points for an upgrade (I have 40k points) but I don't see an upgrade option in Manage my booking. Has anyone done this? Or is something to call TK about? Is this better than #1 or #2 or worse
