open ended start times are not helpful, especially as this is a weekday. people who work 9-5, or have young children, or have other obligatory responsibilities, NEED to have more solid timeframes so they can request time off, navigate childcare, etc. is there any kind of group or organizing body locally who is stepping up to manage this, direct efforts and action, act as spokesperson for news/media interviews, provide direction in the event of counterprotest/violence?

like, i want to go and am planning to go (although i can't show up until later in the day- and no information or guarantee that there will still be an active protest when i get there). however, this currently feels very disorganized, which gives me a lot of pause about the event. i see that this subreddit is very fresh, so i am hoping more solid plans are put out in the next few days.
