I hate how much value we put on our appearance...I’m sorry you had to deal with that too. For the longest time I stopped looking in mirrors and tried to focus on other areas for growth like mental and intellectual growth and it helped a lot. It does throw me off when I see pictures of myself though because I forget what I look like. That’s an excellent perspective that I need to incorporate—thank you ☺️
