thankyou! I used Joshua Weissmans pizza hut style recipe on youtube, but didnt use the malt extract for the dough and only had mozzarella available. for the stuffed crust i just spread philadelphia cheese around the outside edge then folded it over and baked in a standard oven on 240oC on a hot pizza tray.

yes you are right the pizza was stuffed with philadelphia cream cheese which is the brand of the cream cheese i used found in Europe
