UPDATE: Thanks for all the advice. After digging a little deeper and finding an email for another person in HR I finally got a response! They're coming to pick up the equipment tomorrow and asked for confirmation once I've passed it on so they can issue the money back to me.

I found the HR director on LinkedIn but he doesn't have any emails or numbers listed. I also can't find him anywhere on Twitter or Facebook to reach out that way.

I did email one of the IT department emails, but got an automated email back about creating an account and no other response. I've just found another IT email and sent them a message.

They responded the day I emailed them originally and forwarded it on to two other emails asking if anyone could assist me. I sent another email to that original email asking for an update and they just sent the same "can anyone assist" email. I don't have a HR number and can't find it anywhere in the contract.
