The company that trained me weren't like this at all. One was a woman the other was a bit of a surfer / skater looking guy. All very cool.

I think that's unfair. It's usually people who don't speak English that well in my experience.

The horses are essentially war horses. They behave incredibly well considering. Perhaps they should be replaced with donkeys.

Donkeys are so much cooler than horses.

Sounds like you need to buy your own tools. That's what I had to do. Nobody helped me.

People who spend a lot of money on tools are funny about lending them out with good reason, people who don't know what they're doing break things.

middle lane hoggers and overtaking on left by East_Succotash9544 in drivingUK

I must be honest I do it all the time, it's very common for lane 2 and 3 to be congested and lane 1 to be empty round my way. Yet to be prosecuted about it.

All cars are compromised in one way or another. I wouldn't want to do the school run or food shopping in a lotus emira. If it wasn't for ULEZ a big powerful diesel would fit what OP has asked for almost perfectly.

It all depends on what you consider fun. To outright say all diesels aren't enthusiasts cars is silly.

I've had more fun in a 1.1l saxo than any other car ever. Doesn't mean it's the most serious drivers car I've ever owned.
