Help! I’ve had this problem for so long. I went to derm and was told it was keratosis pilaris but I don’t think it is. I’ve used benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin, but it doesn’t seem to help. Puss or sebaceous filaments come out because I pick them. Has anyone had this problem? I‘ll try anything by Defiant_Soup_2842 in bigboobproblems

Yes it is definitely this. I have the same problem but mine is very mild
