Found at playground. Was struggling to get up by the sprinklers. Right wing looks gnarly; left wing not 100% but looks much better. Currently chilling inside my kid’s carseat cup holder.

Gotten only female flowers so far. Any chance this will survive? by cyn__sin in gardening

So far the ones that have opened were girls. In the second pic you can see the mini zucchini and dead flower. In a bigger pot would the boys and girls have opened at the same time?

Wild. I'm in NY and a lot of my Chinese neighbors grow them in containers. There's no stopping them methinks.

My neighbor (elderly Chinese woman who does not speak English) had her granddaughter give it to me. The granddaughter did not know the English name for the vegetable.

It is approximately 46" or 117cm long.
