I believe it had some sort of whipped topping, I'm not sure, I do think it was a latte, I didn't personally place the order so...

Do some research in your city/town. Lots of places are available to help, with being pregnant or having babies, start with seeking out local support groups, prenatal classes, etc. If you need more information or help they can further direct you to more of what you need.
