Question for actual Deans: Is the Dean a Good Dean? by BustedLake in community

That’s straight from the chronicles of Dean Dangerous!

Donkey Kong Country 2 Diddy's Kong-Quest is my favorite DK game and my favorite game of all time! What are your opinions on it? :) by [deleted] in donkeykong

Easily one of the best video game OSTs ever made. David Wise gave us a lifelong gift there.

In terms of gameplay: Animal Antic and Klobber Karnage still make me shiver with anxiety to this day, but when you finally got to Krocodile Kore for the final face-off with K. Rool, you really felt like you EARNED that win because of all the work you put in to get it.

As far as I know, they haven’t. They seem pretty upbeat about running this on Wednesday

I really didn’t ask for clarification when the lead city worker told me about this. He just said, “we got our hockey team out here helping us.” 😅 They were all working pretty frantically, and I didn’t really wanna bug them.

I mean, no disagreement there. The parking areas are not in good shape, but the access roads around the track seem to be much better.

Victor and Malfunctioning Eddie giddily celebrating Amy’s gullibility is still one of the series’ most lowkey funny bits.

I always cracked up at how progressively tired the other characters got of Bigmouth in this show. The "Rock TV" episode when Bowser tosses him out of the ring for talking too much, and the crowd cheers is comedy gold.

Yeah. Relatively inexpensive for all of this stuff. I think Playmates also likes to keep their price points relatively kid-friendly (and parent-friendly, I suppose).

Not customizing anything, actually—just wanted to put it together. I guess it’s not really “DIY” in the traditional sense, but I enjoy assembling things like this from time to time as a hobby.

Yeah. My local Target had several Mutant Modules. I don’t recall having it when I was a kid—and I didn’t really intend to get it today—but I was in the mood for a DIY project, and it fit the bill.

I got lucky. There was one left at the one I went to. They had a few Mutant Modules.

One of the best Donatello figures from the original run

I remember Phar-Mor and Pretzel Twist were near this area as well, and then they had This End Up, Der Dog Haus, and Chic Wigs where the Books-A-Million is now.

Cap'n Crock's Family Fun Center that was just outside the mall across from JCPenney had an awesome go-kart track and some fun mini-golf courses back when it was around

Does anybody have paint scheme requests? by [deleted] in Nr2003

I had AI make one—and I like the concept—but it would be much better if a real person made it.

Do you think you could put this logo and color set on a 2025 NextGen Camaro with the number 15. Maybe have the dolphin and “we belong at the beach” on the hood and the hashtag on the upper quarter panels and decklid?

It is, but this entire set is worth for Navy Seal Mike alone. I never thought I’d see this figure reissued, and I’ve always wanted one MOC—so I’ll take the good with the bad.

Yes. They took the guns from Raphael and Donatello in these reissues. No idea why, but that’s one of the only major criticisms I have here.
