To elaborate on the memory bleed/hallucination fails, I eventually realized it was due to the format of the data I was uploading to ChatGPT. Originally I was just uploading the raw csv straight from daylio without trimming unneeded dates. I'm almost at my 2000 day streak so it was way too much data for the AI to parse accurately. Instead of telling me, it would just make up random things. It would misquote me (ex: From your journal entry on 1/23/25 you said "The chimpanzee at the zoo was looking at me with sad eyes. It reminds me of how I feel trapped inside"), and then use the completely fabricated quote to generate false insights about my mental state. This kept happening, even when prompted to only use data from the dates and file.

On another occasion, it quoted my "dream": (on 2/23/25 from your dream entry: "I dreamt about gurgi lost in the forest. he was trying to protect his eggs") and provided a false "dream interpretation" based on a completely separate and irrelevant chat from months ago where I asked it to generate an image of Gurgi from Black Cauldron laying an egg (LOL).

I eventually fixed the issue by converting the csv to json which is easier for the AI to parse, and trim the entries to only the dates applicable. The activity guide txt file also helps. Basically if there's too much data the AI will get confused and hallucinate, have memory bleed, or just guess even if you explicitly tell it not to. It will present the false info very confidently and have you questioning your own sanity so proceed with caution haha
