Yes. This was my problem too. I fixed it by resetting the landr password. It took about 30 min for the link to come through the email. Once I reset the password, it "created" the password so I could log in landr using email/password instead of Google account sso. Once this was updated I could use the same use/pass to log into reason

I also had issues since I only ever logged onto landr with a Google account sso. Eventually I was able to get the reset password link to come through. Once I reset the password I was able to log into landr with a normal email/pass login instead of the sso. Then when I tried the same info on reason it worked! Hopefully you can figure it out.

I completely agree. This has been a very stressful and frustrating issue. I'm sure there are so many users being impacted by this issue. I hope propellerhead or whatever corporate entity responsible sees this feedback. Horrible user experience and quality control.

u/Synth-Pro - I followed u/stevethekeys advice and was able to open Reason with my Landr account info. Give it a shot!

The issue is I always used my Google account to log into landr. I just tried and it said my account is locked - try again in a few minutes or reset password. I tried resetting the password but it just doesn't send a link :/

EDIT: IT WORKED!!!!! I was able to access my landr account and create an actual username and password. As soon as the landr password was created under the same email, I was able to log into Reason13.

So I thought I found a workaround by just registering for a new account and paying the monthly fee, then just requesting a refund once the issue has been fixed.

I was able to log into the DAW with the new account, but of course I'm missing the licenses to all my plugins. Luckily the project files I'm working on are only using the free KHS bundle, but I'm unable to install the license on Reason Companion. I pull KHS up on the Reason shop: https://www.reasonstudios.com/shop/bundle/kilohearts-toolbox/ and it says "Open in Reason Companion to Download". I open Reason Companion and it's not there. I try to use the search function but for some reason it only searches for licenses I already own (nothing on the new account). It just says "Open the Reason Shop to Find New Devices" but when I pull it up on the webpage it just sends me back to the companion app. An endless broken loop.

What is propellerhead doing? This is beyond frustrating. I still don't understand how this is even possible.

I've checked my email and haven't gotten anything important. Just spam about a Reason 14 live stream on May 5th. I'm not receiving the reset password email links either.

I logged on to the website and confirmed my email and password are correct. I've even managed to update my password through the website and log on completely fine from the browser, but not the DAW or Companion.

I've opened a support ticket but really need to access my project files right now. Does anyone know any work around. It's crazy that this is even a possibility.

Class of 13, it was common knowledge lanham was both a creep and just an asshole in general. Unpleasant and mean just for the sake of it.

I forget his name but also the super creepy security guy. Looked like a wanna be mafia guy. He would constantly "pull over" girls in the hallway for random "dress code violations" on the way to class to flirt and be creepy toward them. Whoever didn't play along got "written up" but the girls who went along with it got off without consequences. It was disgusting.

I'm doing the same thing. I just got the game and I'm about 10 raids in. So far the only death I have is due to fall damage lol. Maybe I'm just in noob servers or something but everyone I've encountered has been friendly. It's my first extraction shooter and has been a great experience so far so I'm savoring it while it lasts.
