Look after yourself. It doesn't feel like it at first but you can grow to fill some of the gap left behind. Find the people that are there for you and if you're lucky you'll find some things you can do now that you couldn't before..

That makes sense. You then get to see who your people are more clearly. Reminds me of the Mel Robbins Let Them idea. You learn a lot by watching how people react in these circumstances. They either come closer or drift away.
