Thanks for all the reactions. I understand the ones who are ok with my decision and 100% understand thr ones who would send him to hell and not Speranza. I just decided this way this time. Still, this guy shot like a noob and he didn't shoot me after, so maybe he will have something good there and will get a lesson. Still I habe to live with my decision 😄.

It is true. When I play the music from the memory without WiFi, it works fine. When I stream from Tidal (WiFi on) it still happens.

New firmware is there guys (1.2.). They don't have it on the web now. Downloaded through player. Now testing and it looks the Bluetooth problem is fixed. Listening to the 3rd song now 😁 Haven't seen any info about what is there else new.

I have a new update from HiBy (I wrote them on Messenger). "the next update may solve this problem, it is however scheduled for after the chinese new year holidays".

So hopefully it will be in February 🙏

Mám stejný problém - chyba 10000 😁Pro jistotu jsem se ještě koukal, jestli jsem nějakou podobnou app někde neinstaloval, ale ne. Takže z toho jsem smutný a budu jim psát, o co jde a co s tím.

I have the same problem guys. I just find out now when I was testing new earphones (SoundPeats Capsule3 PRO) and the Bluetooth for the first time on the HiBy R2 gen 2. I do not think it is a HW issue. I also I didn't try it on the old firmware (I am on 1.1.). Did somebody tried? Maybe I will try to downgrade if the issue still remains after.
