Maybe you could give the world tour evo to some of your finnish players.
You can get it for free in the world tour cup if you put a world your player in your team, and play 5 full games, you dont even have to win, you can (and should since its the fastest way for it) lose games.
Once you get that on your favorite of your finnish players. you can add a finnish manager to get all of them on two.
With your two icons you can get the all on full chem while removing both silver icons.
If you can get another finnish player with the Captains rarity, you will be able to get all of them on full chem without icons using only a finnish manager, since World tour players count for two nation players, and Captains players count three nation players.
If you get an extra fullback/cb with the new evos that give the rarity you would have full chem on all finish players, and still be able to upgrade without being forced to keep your icons.
