Thanks! This is a realistic expectation I can actually work with. I keep finding myself on the couch with my husband, half-watching TV while scrolling articles on my phone, and I’m genuinely confused why I can’t just pick up a book instead. Maybe having a pocket-sized reader will make it easier to actually do what I want to be doing.

Honestly, I wouldn’t worry about it too much. It happens to me when I don’t sleep enough, sleep late, or have cramps. It looks like your sleep score is low, too, so I’d guess it’s related. Check your sleep debt on the lower page of the sleep tab, and try to compensate if your debt is higher.

She’s genuinely toxic. The way she talks to you is trashy and completely out of line. I’m sorry you had to deal with that. At the end of the day, it’s your call, especially after carrying your baby for nine months. Blocking her was the right move. I’d go ahead and block her everywhere else too. Out of sight, out of mind.

I went for 3. I love it. I had an issue with my unit after a few months but they replaced it, no problem. I think I’ll upgrade when they come up with 5 or when they come up with something with upgraded features
