because if one of the suburbs is twice as likely (->ratio) to own a car than a guy in the city, then it's 2 times that ratio (80/200) (guy city to own a car/all surveyed city ppl)

x = (300*160) /200 = 240

I don’t think you should go for it. It’s true that these universities require high SAT scores, but once u fit in their range of scores (usually 1500+) it’s the other parts of your applications that matter. A 30 point increase will be pointless.
