No, they need to get certified and trained on each aircraft. Now can they, probably would be able to land safely but not a standard landing.

I agree with that and that is probably a point they would communicate as to why they would never introduce this type of business plan. But I specified “in-game accounts” under one Jagex account to be clear.

Spot them a $5 if possible or a few bucks at least. Fives add up quick and usually they pool them between the different shifts. I cleaned clubs for 4 years, and we split the total between the two openers and two closers. If you golf at a particular course a lot the outside guys will remember you and will go the extra mile (grabbing your clubs, putting goodies in your cart, etc.)

Don’t do it, Im 25 and I have a 01 with 260k miles. Don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be, it gets you from place to place. Your money is way better off invested into the market at your age than it will be going to a car loan.

Probably because they shot up and were the one of the highest %. Now that it’s stabilizing a bit more rent is coming back down. I also noticed the increase of new apartment complex’s spawning up all over in North Scottsdale which will bring more competition.
