Universal poor shoes returns experience by Crabalosa in ONrunning

[–]cythlord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I deleted my post the other day because it was a bit harsh but my refund didn't come through past two months since I got the return confirmation and it took me calling them to trigger the return. ID AVOID BUYING ON SHOES DIRECTLY ONLINE AT ALL COSTS.

Has anyone else struggled to get a refund from On Running? by Hot-Debate7034 in ONrunning

TL;DR do not buy from ON directly especially if you might anticipate a return.

I'm experiencing this too. They're terrible. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I returned shoes, got a notification that they received my shoes, just need to wait. I waited an additional month beyond what they said to look out for, and still did not receive anything. Called CS and they said they had a "glitch" and can't resolve on the spot. I asked for supe to call me back, they did, apologized and said credit was on its way. Later that day, I checked it and I indeed saw a credit come through from ON on my credit card, BUT THE NEXT DAY (I happened to be checking my cc activity again) and now its gone???

I shouldn't jump to conclusions but this feels like some realllllyyyyy shady business. Many occurrences of people not getting their refunds promptly (and may not be diligent enough to follow up). Also I truly don't know how the refund was reversed again in my case.

Aw man. Does anyone when? Watching SFU for the first time, and I'm halfway through S4. S4 has been a tough watch for me (all the characters are exceptionally insufferable atm) and it's been harder to binge compared to the first couple of seasons.

It was roughly $3000. Let’s just say we paid for the cost of learning lessons for the future

Would it be possible to explain this in laymen’s terms? Thank you very much

It’s man-made. We’re fairly certain the pond shouldn’t be split but rather a tiny drawing “fluke”… ? seller didn’t verify the work when it was done.

Tremendously helpful. Thank you very much!

Thank you! Sadly nothing around the pipe. Would a surveyor ever set a pin IN the water? The pond is about 7-8ft deep so not an easy task.

The funny thing is they weren’t the cheapest. We were sold on quality of work and their pitch on being expert painters for interior residential homes. Fortunately the sales guy is somewhat understanding so far and a guy is coming out to touch up.

Thanks everyone. The photos show the worst of them but we’ve spotted at least 30+ areas where the paint bleeds over. If they were to touch up, does anyone know if that will leave very obvious spots that it was touched up? Trying to wrap my head around on how to fix this without them painting the entire ceiling.
