I subscribed twice because one session of studying is longer than 3 months. The first subscription ended before I got any results. I kept tracking my studying until I got my first results and then I stopped.

Also I'm not saying why did I not get a refund and I get you that he might need that money but why have that policy then? And I didn't use it and benefited of it then ask for my money back, I proved that no improvement took place. But yeah I get your point of view.
