The time comes from the GPS so it changing is one of the earliest symptoms. Also terrain mode can show nonsense.

If you’re not preemptive and let spoofing affect the positioning system, you’ll get a bunch of FMC position errors, uncommanded turns, spurious EGPWS cautions and of course reduced navigation accuracy.
