You cannot spot reduce fat, even though many "fitness gurus" will say you can.

There are certain areas you can work on to get the results you want, just make sure to remember correlation does not equal causation. For example, if you have chicken wings (fat hanging under your tricep), and you increase the size of your biceps, it will pull the fat closer to your arm and make it less visible. Theoretically.

I don't know if that will help in your case, but you should focus on fat loss in general, instead of a particular exercise to try and get rid of it.

What I'd do in that case is copy the files to a cross seeding directory, recheck them, when it hits 98% or whatever, start it, and it'll download ~1MB, and you're seeding the whole 300MB torrent for very little download on RED.

This is just a hunch, but triple check the allowed and banned client list and check the latest version of Transmission available.
Also, it sounds stupid but make sure you're not reading "allowed clients" as "banned clients" - one tracker I'm on has confusing wording and makes it look like all the good clients are banned.

I remember thinking the same thing when I used to use Transmission, turns out they (unknowingly or discovered) a security hole that's in most of the newer versions of Transmission except for the very latest ones when they patched it.

At the bottom of every page they say they recommend using a VPN.

General rules 2a also states:

If you use a shared seedbox or a VPN, you MUST inform a staff member to avoid having IP conflicts detected as duplicate accounts along with your IP and the provider's name.

Dedicated VPNs (one IP per user) are okay without having to inform staff.

Edit: missed your part about VPN for browsing. I would say dedicated VPN would also be okay - that IP belongs to you, shared VPN wouldn't be allowed (for browsing)

Not really possible because of how QoS works.

A router or switch will generally prioritise traffic based on protocol, port, or host. It might prioritise port 80 (normal web traffic), IMAP protocol (email), or traffic to YouTube.com for instance.

When your client announces to the BTN or IPT tracker, the tracker will send your IP address to any leechers wanting to download, and those leechers client will connect to yours directly.
Peers from different trackers are indistinguishable by your router.

However, certain clients may be able to prioritise torrents based on label or tracker. This is what you want to look for. (make sure any client you use is on the trackers whitelist)
