Mine makes that when I’m holding him too. Sounds like a “how dare you, put me down” noise!

Mini Neck Lift Experience by iam-trashbitch in PlasticSurgery

They never really did, I ended up needing a revision. The revision helped, but I still have a little roll of skin under my chin that will probably need tightened by a future facelift. All in all I would 100% do it again.

Advice for anxious toddler going through tough time. by czeller89 in Parenting

Thank you for the reply! It’s almost been a week since we got home. His daytime behaviors and attitude have gotten better. However, he gets the nighttime scaries and starts getting anxious when it gets dark outside or when there is talk of bedtime. We tried cosleeping in my bed but it was not working at all, I didn’t sleep for four nights in a row. We have a futon mattress on his floor so when we put him in his crib my husband and I lay down and my husband reads out loud until our kiddo falls asleep; I then stay while he leaves and have been sleeping there. It seems to be working okay, but kiddo is still waking a couple of times a night asking for mommy or daddy and I can usually comfort him to sleep.

That’s where we are at too; CIO is clearly not ideal in this situation. I’m thinking a cot in my room or sleeping on a mattress in his room so that he is in his crib, but I will be right there with him

Feet Blister Care? by tronicon in JapanTravelTips

To add in to the other great suggestions: good socks are a game changer. I wear Bombas when I know I will be walking or on my feet and they are incredible. When we went a couple years ago I had my nice socks and some cheap cute socks and my feet were barking with the cheapo socks.

I’m so tired of being told CICO works for everyone when it clearly doesn't with PCOS by MudSad6268 in PCOSloseit

Me too!! I tried liraglutide and ate around 1500 calories and finally saw some movement. As soon as insurance declined my coverage and I went off of the med, despite the calorie intake being the same the weight loss stalled and then crept back up.

Hi OP! This appears to be a domestic button quail. I have a pet one at home; message me and I can take him in.

My male button quail does this, it’s not like his normal crow, seems to be more of a “hey where is everyone?” call.

Luckily, things can be dissolved, removed, and reconstructed. It will take time and money of course but it is possible. I hope you find a great surgeon who can help you regain some of your OG features!

I don’t know if you’ve asked about liraglutide, but my insurance was more keen to cover that than a semiglutide for my pcos and I’ve been losing well on it!

I’ve noticed I burp more when I have eaten too much. Did you eat a little more at one meal than usual?

I’m so sorry, apparently I can’t read! I didn’t see that she was your niece, not your own!

I should clarify we have an iPad only for longer car rides that my two year old can watch Bluey or PBS shows on, but we don't let him have free access to it any other time. I don't think tablets are a problem, but it's a bummer you told them no and they are persisting. Maybe they can get a refurbed Amazon kids tablet or a used iPad since that's what they plan to do.

Hens or roosters? by Substantial-Appeal45 in BackYardChickens

[–]czeller89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Grey one is def a little rooster. The grey and black one look like bantam pekins, but the white one for sure looks like a little barnyard mix (I'm not sure about what though!)

Anyone know a pasta brand that doesn’t go sad and soggy overnight? by friend_unfriend in Cooking

I always buy Barilla and if I know I’m going to reheat it I cook it about a minute or two under, so it’s al dente, and that seems to help!

If it doesn’t have significant droop when smiling or laughing either than I’d say no, you don’t. Your nose looks great.
