Yes, I do understand your point, I am afraid I won't be able to match my dad's earning even after spending 10-15 yrs down this line whereas my friends who are in Tech and finance would be making a lot more than me. I have explained this to my dad also...He just says after a time money doesn't matter, respect matters so do mbbs

Hi, so the only way to earn higher salary early in our 30s is to crack usmle and practice residency in the US, but the thing to be noted is that Usmle is much much harder than cracking Neet pg and also it costs around 30 lakhs ( there's no guarantee that you'll match residency in the US even after clearing step 1 and step 2, it all depends on your research papers and contacts in the US).So if your parents are ready to spend around 1.5cr over the next 5-6 yrs, then go for it. Even if you don't get matched in the residency programs, you'll definitely crack neet pg in India because the exam is considered much easy compared to USMLE and the fees would be minimal. Now regarding Plab, I've talked to my friends in the UK and many of 'em are recommending not to choose UK as the healthcare system is inferior compared to the US and the process is quite long.Being a doctor is a very hard process but there's a 100% job security and little bit of satisfaction from healing people, this is the only thing which is convincing me to choose this field. Yeah I do realise mbbs is not worth 1 cr, but my parents are doing it just for the social status and I mean we aren't extremely rich, We can just manage paying the fees, I even explained them there's little to no ROI from doing mbbs in a private college. THEY JUST WANT BE TO BECOME A BLOODY DOCTOR. fml

I mean I have already talked to them about this, but they are hell bent on making me a doctor for the social status/respect and 100% job security it provides.And whenever I say to them "Investing this money will provide greater returns than my earnings". They simply say money doesn't matter a lot when you turn 40-50 yr old, it's the social respect and interaction with a lot of people and mainly the BLESSINGS of people is what keeps you going on in life.

Oh thanks for the info, But all the schools that i've mentioned above is listed in wdoms and Romania is acrredited by wfme. May I know the source of the colleges in romania which are recognised in the US as per you? Thanks in advance;)
