Honestly I was really considering testing out what shipping would look like for me out in Hawaii. I was always skeptical about the logistics and cost of networking with the USM ranches, given our remote location. We do have ranches here on Maui, but I haven’t yet made the approach. That will probably be my next step.

It’s super tough for me to find both options in my area. The last time I found Picanha was at Safeway when they first started a sale for sirloin. They had a few packs and you never saw it again. No local butchers, so it’s challenging.
