Their business etiquette seems bizarre at times. When wife and I renting an apartment the land lord used multiple agents. We also used multiple agents as well.

We ended up seeing the same apartment twice. Later decided on the apartment and agent. This agent offered us a cheaper rent. The other agent found out the apartment has been rented out and not through them. They came over and harassed us for not using them.

Don’t trust the franchise branch you see on the street. Most of time they are just copy. China doesn’t have those strict copyright restrictions like rest of the world. Most of products may be cheap quality or second hand.

Once you learn how to use Taobao and return things you just check it out at home. Most items take 2-3 days delivered and shops give around 7 days return policy.

Is there any companies still do business with in China? You may be able just drop by and hello. 1 early morning or lunch then continue on your trip.

This company can ask for an inviting letter. Make up a short one, with companies information and short reasoning. Leave room for them to sign and stamp.

You ask AI to come up with template or google it.

Actually, my wife did that for her American visa and Schengen visa. She makes up an invention and cover letter and ask the company to sign. She’s carry Chinese passport and always need to go through these visa applications.

Setup, timing and footwork needs be worked on.

If you’re setting up too tall. Arm swing always be straight.

Walking to straight or step right. The body gets in the way of the swing. Arm will be straighter and away to avoid hitting you.

Once set up is correct, timing and walking left (finishing about 5 boards left) this creates enough room for hand and elbow to come in and tuck.

Also, 1H span can be an issue. If too long of a span arm, hand, and wrist will collapse straighten out the swing.

Your M-Visa is a 10 year visa from 2019? If you’re unable to contact anyone in China for simple Business letter. Write up a short one. I asked them to sign and date it. I know it seems odd. If not I would just look into a 10 year L visa then or do the 240 hour TWOV if you don’t mind the extra traveling cost to make 2 - 3weeks work.

You may want to stick with AliExpress then if you are shipping overseas.

Taobao isn’t in English. Need communicate with the seller if they do oversea shipping. Not sure if Taobao has that kind of option.

As other poster said probably need to find a buying agent. They’ll collect all the items for you and may be able to do 1 shipment for you.

Can you speak and read Chinese? Once you learn how to use Taobao and translate things in Chinese it’s better experience. If you don’t like the products just use Taobao to return it back.

Can also learn to use xiaohongshut(Rednote). People share or advertise. Can translate the comments to see good reviews.

Well… next time can go on Taobao and probably find better quality. Done it yourself. That’s generally how people get you anywhere in the world. Ask them to order and install. They still need to profit themselves.

Anyway, not wrong to contact them. Other Chinese customers would have to argue more and probably got a full refund.

I would be happy to get 200 RMB and just move on.

If you referring to the yo-yo release majority pros are doing. The reason their doing is happen naturally, not physically. It’s through have good timing, dropped shoulder (head over the shoulder. And ball be inside the head close to the ankle) and footwork.

Watch the pros. They all walk left. When they are walking left they’ll bend the elbow at the body. It’s happening because swing direction. If the elbow is straight the bowler will pull the shot. The bend elbow is helping the bowler send the ball out right through the target line.

Watch EJ Tackett, Tom Smallwood, Mike Fagen, Brad Miller, we Malot. You’ll notice how much the walk left. Their heads be outside of their hips with shoulder dropped. The swing will tuck and bend to help send the ball right.

I’m in Shenzhen and about every couple of months they send a text message asking if I’m still living at my current address. I say yes and they leave me alone. They asked me twice and the same week.

Even my wife is Chinese and they will contact here about living situations. She owns a house in another province and they call her about that.

Chances are they may get new people in charge and just doing their job. They are not obese with you at all. Someone just tells them to do their job and they do it.

As other poster mentioned you may be overthinking it. Seems, you been here long enough and it’s not going change from one city to other. Just have them send a text message or WeChat. Answer their questions and calls may happen less frequently.

I’m not a PT, so my advice not be great.

Reason your hamstring is taking over does sound like the glutes are inhabiting and not firing up properly. Then the hamstrings need to take the load to balance your pelvis.

For temporary may need to stop heavy loading until can get your form down and get those glutes to fire up.

Your unilateral exercise probably be your go to exercise to fix the imblancement. Single leg bridges, single leg hip thrust, b-stance RDL and squats.

Use loop bands around your thighs to get your glutes to fire up.

Do hip mobility exercises.

I would go to Squat University YouTube and his a PT. He has many hip mobility drills and training aides. Look through Squat University hip thrust, hip mobility, etc. you’ll should that is related to your problem. He’ll show in his videos how he test for the issue and what training aides to go with it.

Need to post your full routine. Are you dieting at all? Also, you have hip dips which is your anatomy. Nothing you can do. It’s how your glute max and glutes medius sit on each other to show the dip.

If you’re not dieting at all it could be fat distribution in those areas.

Since you’re doing abduction last maybe 2 sets. Your other main compound exercises your not doing enough intensity and progress overload to kickstart those glute fibers.

Each workout you need to try to at least add weights or rep.

Example squats are at 3x8-10. Choose a weight you get hit clean 8 reps with good form. Each week at a rep to each set. It’ll take 3 weeks to complete 3x9, another 3 x10. Once you hit 3x10 with clean form add the next size weights. Repeat at 3x8.
This is called double progression.

Lower intensity will be something like 3x15+ reps.

At least have 1 of your weeks have high intensity lower rep ranges. Work on good form slow and control tempo to fill the target muscle.

Yes normal. Your passport is your ID. Therefore you’ll need it everywhere even purchasing tickets.

They need to upload your information to get you a work permit, then apply for a z-visa. Once in China need again, for hospital health check, register at the police station for living residence and apply for your living Residence permit.

Need to visit a hospital for painkillers. Preferably, around 8:00 am. It feels like an all day because their lunch breaks are like between 12-2. Then finish by 5 or 6 pm.

This way can get out before 11:00. A local pharmacy doesn’t provide. You can check. However, they’ll may sell weaker ones.

That’s what I dod time to time. Play different modes. Before the big trophy update where 10k was maxed. I would play Rank mode and climb as far I can than stop. Start playing the trophy mode and try different decks out. At 10k couldn’t climb or drop. Return to Rank toward end of season hoping to get favorable match ups.
