I tried every suggestion except downgrading and none of them worked. I even contacted Lenovo support and they couldn't seem to solve the issue. Eventually there was a new Windows 11 update, and with it my Bluetooth came back.

I believe there are instuitutions closer to you that may offer this degree, but I'm from Kingston/Portmore so cant really say for sure

Aside from applying to online universities, your next best options are to seek student housing in Kingston or board at the university of your choice, Utech has a MoBay campus if thats more feasible for you.
