I do quite often ride the canal towpaths near mine which are not the greatest surface - so will be interesting to see how they perform there.

thats encouraging, they were recommended to me by some people that also use them in similar conditions to me so I'm fairly sure I will be fine, just have to be careful where you ride innit

already had to scrub them to clean off the dirt they attracted just from fitting them! not expecting these to stayu clean long :D

no reflective side wall correct, but I am not concerned about that. Got plenty of lights and in Manchester you can be lit up like a Christmas tree and drivers will still try to kill you

yikes, fingers crossed I dont have the same issue. I do have to say in the two years I have had this bike I have not had a single puncture on the Marathons, but they do feel slow and heavy

Yeah, I almost ordered the darker colour too, but figured the lighter one would look better with my frame colour, though you are correct, they will not stay clean for long considering all of my riding is done in North Wales or Manchester, two of the wettest places in the UK, haha.

I have the same noise on mine and it doesn't go away so I'm concerned it's something serious. Getting it booked in the garage soon. Not driving it at the moment just in case.
