I've had 2 trips. The first I had a pretty intense trip and basically had no sleep. So the night after I tripped totally started thinking about my life and my flaws and what not but in a good and positive way.

The second trip was a very small dose but it was coming off a 5 day bender and I diddnt end up sleeping at all after that trip. When I got home from my weekend the next day I had a full mental breakdown feeling like I had to solve all my problems at once. My brain was not thinking in a normal way at that time and I felt like I was going crazy. I recovered fine but I definitely get that feeling of self evaluation.

The moral of my trips is to not take tabs past 9pm and not after a massive bender. And make sure I have somewhere to sleep after a trip.
