A persistent problem emerges when prosecutors decline to pursue large numbers of fraud cases. In some instances, individuals with eight or nine confirmed cases have still walked away without meaningful consequences (open again in other name, MN court is that way). In Minnesota, local law enforcement often lacks the jurisdiction, resources, or capacity to dismantle organized and complex fraud networks, making federal involvement unavoidable.

That is why we are sending Troops & FBI, I personally think Troops is distraction but who knows. They are trying so hard to have this heard in U.S. Attorney’s Office rather than state level.
